Basic Contact Form

This is a very basic contact form with PHP email submit and JS validation. The validation provides a simple popup alert to inform the user of an error. Everything is ready to go all you need to do is enter an email address into the PHP file.

Coda-Slider 2.0 by Niall Doherty
